Had intended on purchasing a
2015 and came away with a different vehicle instead because of the show room
display. Staff was very accommodating to us, in spite of our vehicle change
mid-stream through our purchase agreement. Plus, since we were going down to
one car and was unable to get to the dealership before the sale expired, they
came to the house with the original vehicle I wanted and took back both our
trade in vehicles to the dealer and left us with their vehicle overnight. So,
the appraisal was down on the trade ins buy the time we arrived the next day. I
have never had the dealer ship come to the house before to sell a vehicle. That
goes above and beyond customer service and shows that this salesman is a true
go getter for your dealer ship. It saved me a lot of time as far as vehicle
selection and being out in the winter element to look at the cars available on
the lot. We've dealt with this dealer before and have always had good customer
service and vehicle car, so that was one of the reasons we sought them out

Scheduled online for recall issue in the morning. The apt was set for that afternoon, confirmation rec'd immediately. I thought it would be a while to check out and/or fix, but they took it right in and replaced the coil. I was in and out in less than 1 hr. Now that is what we want/need - quick service, no 1/2 day waiting around. Great. And I do plan to purchase new Hyundai Santa Fe from Nassief in Jefferson OH when my old one wears out. The Nassief Team is so wonderful I always have a great experience anytime I go there when I first bought my car Greg Leary was wonderful he helped me out so much and knew exactly what I wanted it seems my Toyota was made just for me. My family had always been a Chevy Gmc kind of family and no one ever bought from a different company but I love this toyota so much. Thank you to everyone the service Department is great they always tell me my estimates and they are so close in the price range when I go to pay for it. Don in service is great also he is always so kind and considerate and very friendly. I had a very enjoyable experience when I had service on my car. All staff were very helpful and friendly. They answered any questions I had. Free drinks and fruit were available while I waited in a comfortable waiting area with a TV, reading material' and I believe a play area for children. When I arrived for the service, my car was so dirty with snow, slush and salt. When I left, my car was clean and it was such a delight to be in it. 60,000 mile oil change, tire rotation and checkup. Everyone was courteous and prompt. Loaner car was provided and staff was friendly. Good communication through the day while I was at work to let me know of extras that needed attention (air filters and wiper blade) and to get approval. Couldn't ask for more. --Thomas P.
